The University of Western Australia’s Student Equity team champions fair access to higher education for students facing social, financial, or geographic disadvantage. Through early engagement, pathway programs, and admission support, they empower high-potential students to thrive at university. Programs like Aspire UWA, Children’s University, Fairway UWA, and Girls in Engineering inspire and support students from Year 3 to Year 12, building confidence and university aspiration.

With strong industry partnerships and a commitment to long-term change, UWA’s Student Equity initiatives aim to close the education gap and create a more inclusive future. The team works across WA schools and communities to ensure all students, regardless of background, can succeed at university and beyond.
